High API Latency / platform downtime

[FIXED 2022-06-10 1:15 EST] Freshop services are now operating normally. [MONITORING 2022-06-10 12:58 EST] AWS has restored most of their services and we are working to ensure the Freshop environment is operating normally. [MONITORING 2022-06-09 11:13 EST] The Freshop platform is experiencing high latency / downtime caused by an outage within AWS.
