2023-09-28 11:15 AM EST: The Freshop proxy encountered an abnormally high amount of external connection requests to third party integrations which resulted in timeouts for specific functions like basket evaluation and user calls. Only stores that use these types of integrations were impacted. We increased proxy resources, which resolved the performance issues. We have identified the root cause of the increase in activity and are working on a resolution.
