[RESOLVED] - Our server auto-scaling is trying to catch up with extremely high traffic and was causing high latency. We've added scaling manually and adjusted auto-scale configurations. Normal operations are restored.
We are experiencing higher than normal API latency on one of the database segments and we are working on it.
