[RESOLVED] - An unexpected surge in traffic caused the servers to scale up in addition to our time based auto scaling. We've adjusted the rules and latency is back in normal range. Picker app and web admin, websites are back to normal operational status.
[INITIAL] - We are experiencing higher than normal API latency on one of the database segments and we are working on it.
