[RESOLVED] - One of the database segments temporarily was unreachable and caused the latency issue resulting in admin app and web portal being unresponsive. The network issue resolved within few minutes and the admin is responsive and operational now.
[INITIAL] - We are experiencing higher than normal API latency on one of the database segments and we are working on it.
