[IDENTIFIED & FIXED] File import and processing was failing for some (not all) banners. If the store sent compressed files (.zip) they got incorrectly routed to an incompatible program to uncompress the files. This was a bug in the import when we added support for a new compression format. We have resolved the issue and reimporting the files with high priority right now. File load notifications have resumed.
