Admin web and picker app not loading all orders

[RESOLVED] - We tracked the issue down to a code issue during a bug-fix code deployment earlier this morning. The issue started right after the deployment and it took us about 30 minutes to identify the root cause and work on a resolution. The code was updated and a subsequent deployment was tested and deployed.

[INITIAL] - The picker app and admin web portal are not loading all orders properly. Some orders do load, but shows an error.
