[RESOLVED] Due to 3x-4x of our normal site traffic/volume, we experienced configuration and code related issue which was compounding the issue. It caused very high latency for about 1-2 hours and non-responsiveness for about 30-60 minutes. We've deployed measures to mitigate the issue and are seeing normal responsiveness. We continue to receive 2x-3x normal traffic and keeping a close watch on the performance.
[INITIAL] We are experiencing higher than normal API latency on one of the database segment and we are working on it. Some stores may experience performance issues with Admin, Stores app and website.
