[INITIAL] We are experiencing higher than normal API latency on one of the database segments and we are working on it. Some stores may experience performance issues in Freshop Admin portal and Apps.
[RESOLVED] We identified a spike in traffic and one database segment was affected. We deployed appropriate measures to mitigate the CPU load on the server. API latency is back in normal operational range.
