Order Processing (Shard 0) High API Latency

[RESOLVED] - A security monitoring process was stuck in a loop and causing the database to use up all the (CPU) processing capacity. We disabled the process, performed an update, and re-enabled it. The timeouts are no longer occurring and are seeing normal responses.

[INITIAL] - We are experiencing higher than normal API latency on one of the database segments and we are working on it.
