[INITIAL] One of our web servers is not responding, which resulted in Freshop Admin and some store websites being unresponsive. We're working with our hosting service provider to resolve this issue.
[RESOLVED] We worked with our hosting service provider and they had to reboot the affected server from the backend and resolve the issue. Freshop Admin and the affected store websites are operational now.
