[RESOLVED] - The table which tracks inventory logs (for quantity on hand calculation) had an database index issue where the primary lookup was failing to use the index and causing a table scan. We suspect a routine database maintenance job to keep index current was the root cause. We've recreated the index and the database is fully operational now.
[INITIAL] - On one of the database segments, we are noticing very high cpu usage causing the checkout to time out. We are investigating the issue.
