[RESOLVED] - Couple of the servers powering Freshop Javascript (asset) API became unresponsive due to memory pressure. They were restarted and the service was restored.
Initial logs indicated increased load and a memory misconfiguration being the root cause.
[INITIAL] - Admin portal and some retailer's websites are not loading. Picker and consumer mobile apps are not affected.
