[INITIAL] Freshop admin was not loading properly from 11:20am EST 11:35am EST.
[RESOLVED] We identified a backend database process that was monopolizing server resources, resulting in poor performance of the Freshop admin, and corrected the malfunctioning process. Freshop Admin and the rest of the systems are operational now.
